Modules or Channels
GEOLoyalty comprises 8 main modules that provide the features required to make your business grow through your customers. Information about all modules, their main features and some practical examples are provided below.
GEOLoyalty Promotions Manager
This module is used to configure promotions. This is the main system module, as it links all the other modules. Through a simple administrative console, the user may set the conditions that must be met in order to perform different actions.
The user may select one or more of the 30 conditions available to run one or more of the 20 applications available. Some conditions are: items purchased, form of payment, date, shop, customer segment, total purchase amount. Some applications are: discount percentage, fixed discount, promotional coupon, message, gift card, survey, email.Expand Promotions Manager
GEOLoyalty Report Manager
This module is used to deliver various reports to the users. The system provides operational reports and managerial reports. These may be requested through the administrative console or sent automatically by email as an Excel file.Expand Report Manager
GEOLoyalty Survey Manager
Surveys and questionnaires.
This module is used to create surveys and questionnaires that are executed by the promotional module. The user may configure the type of survey, the questions and the answers. The results may then be viewed through the Report Manager.Expand Survey Manager
GEOLoyalty Control Manager
This module is used by system administrators and by the call center. The basic settings of the loyalty system are configured in this module. In addition, on the basis of their roles and permissions, users can issue reports and make adjustments of transactions. Any action performed on the system is recorded in an audit log that is monitored by supervisors.Expand Control Manager
GEOLoyalty Data Base Manager
This module is used to ensure the integrity and security of all system data. It allows the system to connect with multiple database platforms. Engines like Oracle, MySQL or SQL Server may be used interchangeably.Expand Data Base Manager
GEOLoyalty Omni Channel Manager
This module is used to integrate the various communication channels to the central system, in order to perform data analysis on the basis of different channels. It guarantees the integrity and security of the data communicated through the different channels.Expand Omni Channel Manager
GEOLoyalty Web Client Manager
This module is used for web communication with the customer. The statement of account and any communication with the user is usually posted in the customer web page. It is also another channel available to award benefits, as coupons or additional gift cards may be awarded in addition to requesting the update of data. This web page may be integrated into the institutional website of the company.Expand Web Client Manager
GEOLoyalty Coupon & Gift Card Manager
This module is used to manage and administer coupons and gift cards. The different options offered by the product are configured in this module before launching a campaign through these marketing methods. It is also used to create current accounts on demand that are then made available to the Promotion Manager to run promotions on the basis of these accounts. For example, a promotion could be created on the basis of the number of times that a customer purchases in a store.Expand Coupon & Gift Card Manager
